Racine Property Services, Inc. has been serving Portland and The Surrounding Metropolitan Area since 1986, becoming incorporated in 2005. We are a locally-owned and operated a small business based out of Lake Oswego, Oregon.
The founder and owner, Jai Dev Racine, started in the early 1980s, cleaning “New Construction” homes prior to sale. This involved the exterior and the interior of the house. As new homeowners moved in, they request his services for preventative maintenance and the upkeep of their homes through the builder.
The services at the time were roof cleaning and gutter cleaning. Throughout the following years, Racine's client base grew at such an incredible rate that Jai Dev became a full-time service provider for Lake Oswego, West Linn and the greater Portland Metro; introducing window washing and pressure washing services in the late 1990s–2000s. This is how Racine Property Services, Inc. was born.

Being locally owned right here in Lake Oswego, we have extensive knowledge of the effects of living in the Pacific Northwest climate which help us properly apply the best procedures in the care and upkeep of your home.

All our technicians have been trained and are annually educated with all the OHSA/ANSI safety procedures, laws, regulations, and processes. In addition to this training, we also provide extra training regarding safe workplace practices at your home or place of business. We would like our customers and our technicians to have the assurance that we offer a safe and happy work environment, which we will all enjoy!
